Observations

“People fail for not observing (enough, correctly or not at all) Observation is expected before pulling away, pulling in, during manoeuvres and junctions. Use your mirrors regularly, look over shoulders when pulling away or completing manoeuvres. Show you are aware of everybody and everything around you. Safety is the priority here.”

First Impressions

Dress wise, be polite, don't create grudges, accept feedback and critisism as part of learning.
